So let’s talk about a content marketing tool called Tribepro that claims to be able to get your website on the first page of search engine search results in Google and others in such a short period of time it’s actually kind of hard to believe.

Now you may be one of those wanna-be marketers who is just dipping your big toe into the ocean of online marketing, or perhaps you are already an internet marketer who is already getting good results from your content marketing campaigns but would love to be able to automate your results and maybe just push a button and generate those thousands of backlinks you need to rank your content rather than having to go through the time consuming process of having to build the backlinks to your site using article marketing or reciprocal link exchanges.

Let’s face it, in the world of online marketing there is so much to do, it seems you can never get it all done, so the very idea of a push-button automated back-link builder that could generate several thousand back-links to your content in a heartbeat and help to get it ranked is beyond exciting, it’s intoxicating.

So when I first looked a Tribepro and read the typical glowing reports and testimonials, my wallet was already open and I had credit card in hand. I mean good grief if it can actually can do that stuff, who wouldn’t want it?

So I decided to put TribePro to the test!

So in this review I will examine the mechanics of how Tribepro works, and if in fact it does work, or if it’s  just more internet hype designed to make a few bucks off of every desperate online marketer and then quietly disappear into the void when the results don’t show up.

First things first, let’s talk some basic search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.

How To Rank On The Search Engines

• On Page SEO of Your Blog Post or Website

On Page SEO is important if you want to rank, and should always be done first. That means you must pay attention to the proper use of your keyword on your target website. Remember that certain keyword factors, such as having the keyword in the title of your post and also in the URL can make a huge difference,  and also make sure your keyword density (frequency) is high enough (1% to 3%) to get you ranked just on the strength of the page itself . This can take some training to do properly but if you are using a Word Press self hosted blog, you can short cut this process and learning curve by using a tricky little plugin called SEOpressor which pretty much does all this for you. (Killer tool by the way)

• Create Back Links That Point To Your Site

Even if you rank because you are a master with on page SEO, you will still need to create back-links to your site to keep it there.  This is typically done using an article marketing strategy.

• Create Social Bookmarks To Point To Your Site

This is the third pillar of success in getting ranked, you now need to share your content and get as many social bookmark back-links as possible pointing back to your article or content.

What Are Social Bookmarks?

Well “Social Bookmarking Sites” abound on the internet, you have probably seen them or may even have an account already.  Sites like Bebo, Delicious, FriendFeed, Google Bookmarks, Stumbleupon, and Digg, just to name a few, are social bookmarking sites.

Social Bookmarking Sites came about as a convenient way to catalogue and store interesting websites for later quick retrieval by way of storing your info using “Tags” or “Keywords”. Most people who do a lot of surfing or research found that their “favorites” that they saved on their browser quickly became so overloaded that you could never find the site you have previously saved.

So social bookmarking sites evolved to fill this need, and to give you an easily searchable web based archive where you could actually find all the websites you had previously stored.

That of course was the original intent, however since Social Bookmarking creates an actual link on an external website that points to the original media, it in effect creates one of the most valuable commodities an online marketer is always seeking, a backlink. So that means social bookmarking can also be used to create SEO Backlink juice to your website.

Social Bookmark Publishing

Now this is where the leverage comes in. Publishing and storing your bookmarks is possible through social bookmark posting and sharing services which allow you to use a single service such as Onlywire, to post out your bookmarks, tags, and comments to all of your bookmarking accounts and also to share them with friends.

Posting services also allow you to share a post about an interesting site to multiple bookmarking sites where it posts information to your account page where it can also be accessed by others.

So if I have accounts setup with let’s say 50 different social bookmarking sites and then use a social bookmark sharing service to push the same information and website link out to my 50 accounts at the same time, I have just created 50 social bookmark back-links!

Social Bookmark Sharing Services

Now there are a number of these services on the internet but one we are going to discuss is called OnlyWire. This service will post your links to 50+ social bookmarking sites including Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin all with one click of a button.

TribePro – Reciprocal Social Bookmarking

Now that gives us a little bit of leverage but we need a lot more really create the effect we want. So now we turn to a service called Tribepro which can leverage and compound the effects of Onlywire by over 1000%

TribePro is a Co-Op that uses the Onlywire service and when you setup an account, you can share the social bookmarks of others within the system by posting their links out to your social bookmarking sites, and in return they agree to share yours to their accounts.

Tribepro is divided into“ tribes” or groups, and when you subscribe to the service you just join one or multiple tribes and then agree to sharing agreements with other members of the tribe. You do this by following the other members, just like you would do when building a subscriber list in Twitter.

The difference here is that in addition to following other members, you can click a button and agree to “auto-syndicate” their social bookmarks. This means that if you auto-syndicate let’s say Betty, and then she posts an article on her blog about “Nutrition” and then shares it through Tribepro, it automatically gets posted out to not only her 50 social bookmarking accounts through Onlywire but also though your 50 accounts, so Betty gets 100 links rather than 50.

Pretty slick!

Now imagine if you had let’s say 100 TribePro tribe members that were auto-syndicating your content, and you do a blog post and share it on Onlywire to your 50 accounts. Since your 100 tribe members auto-syndicate you, it would automatically go out to their accounts as well, creating as many as 5000 social bookmarking back-links with one push of a button.  This can create a pretty incredible about of what is referred to as link juice (backlinks) that can in fact push your rankings up quickly on search engines.

How Do You Get TribePro Followers?

Now getting lots of followers and auto-syndicators is actually pretty easy in Tribepro. There have been several other reciprocal systems like this online based on the same “tribe” concept over the last few years, however one of the flaws of the other systems were that it was all generally based on whether or not someone actually liked your material, so you had to be a really good writer to make it work.

With Tribepro, it’s really all based on reciprocity not content.

Look if you are pushing out bookmarks to dozens of social bookmarking sites that you would probably never use anyway, and that no one is probably ever going to go to anyway, does it really matter what kind of content you are storing there as links?

Probably not.

So when you enroll in a tribe and go follow and auto-syndicate 100 other tribe members you will usually find that about 99% of them immediately follow and auto-syndicate you back. You now have a tribe working for you and killer leverage to boot.

TribePro Costs

There are three different accounts levels

• TribePro Free Account – This is a waste of time since with a free account since with the free account you don’t have the functionality to auto-syndicate and that is the whole purpose of the system.

• TribePro Plus – $39.97/ month. This give you pretty much full functionality of the system

• TribePro Pro Account – $79.97/month. This gives you full functionality and also allows you to start your own tribe. This is a great way to generate additional leads through the system since when someone joins your tribe, it allows you to build a list of members for your marketing and recruiting purposes.

TribePro Marketing Tips

The system is pretty easy and has lots of training videos so you can be up and running pretty quickly. However here are some operating tips that will shorten your learning curve pretty dramatically.

• How Many Tribes do you need to Join in Tribepro? You do not need to Join Multiple tribes, just start with one, you can join others later.

• Tribepro works on a point system, you have to have a certain number of points in your account (10) before you can post your content out to the tribe. Don’t worry about this, since if you go into the system and setup some followers and auto-syndicate them on day one, you get points from them every time they push an auto-syndicate piece of content through you, so you will find your account overflowing with points in a few days.

• Posts & Content is Not Tribe Specific: The recent posts you will see by other members when you log into Tribepro are not tribe specific. That means that if a piece of content is posted by a member of one tribe that post is then shared with all tribes.

• Post only once to Tribepro. Once you submit a post you do not need to repost it in other tribes, the same post goes to all. Tribepro will not let you post the same content’s URL more than once. You can however post the content more than once if you use different URL’s such as posting an article on your blog and then also posting it on Ezinearticles.com or on your online marketing system URL such as My Lead System Pro’s Articles Directory.

• Always share to your own Onlywire account first: If you are in the TribePro system when you post a content link, remember to use the OnlyWire share button (under your photo)  to share to your own OnlyWire account first.

• I recommend that you do not reciprocal share to your Facebook and Twitter Accounts. Since your are pretty much doing blind reciprocity in Tribepro and have no idea what links your auto-syndicators are pushing though your accounts you don’t want to take content sensitive social media accounts such as Twitter or Facebook where you want to control the content and flow of the media and blindly dump a lot of random content on your followers or friends. Keep your auto-syndication accounts limited to just the pure social bookmarking sites where it does not make any difference.

• Auto Syndicate only those Tribepro members who auto-syndicate and share to at least 10 to 15 sites. The ones that share to 25 to 30+ sites are the best because they give you the most leverage.

• Do not Auto Syndicate those who use the free service. There is really no benefit to your following or auto-syndicating someone with a free Tribepro account.

• Add new followers and auto syndicators daily. The best approach is to search currently posted articles in Tribepro and see who has a lot of shares and then if they fit the auto-syndicate rules about just click on their follow and auto-syndicate buttons to add them to your group. You will find that they will pretty much do the same back to you within a day or so.  

Tribepro Setup Tips

• Onlywire – Setup Social Bookmarking accounts will all providers (except for Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn). Onlywire currently supports about 50. The more sites you submit to the easier it will be for you to find auto-syndicators to push your content.

• Setup Tribepro Auto Syndication – be sure to setup this function because this is what will draw followers and auto-syndicators to you.

• Set limits for postings – Some Tribepro members have bad posting etiquette and will go into the system and post 10 articles at one time. Since you have posting limits with Onlywire this kind of drains your account so set your limits at 5 a day from any one member.

• Setup Auto Submit for Blog Postings – You can setup Tribepro so that every time you  post an article to your WordPress blog that it automatically posts it to Tribepro and auto-syndicates it without you ever having to go to the Tribepro system. Great automation!

• Join a Tribe – Pick a tribe in Tribepro to join and get started, you can add more tribes later if you want

• Follow & Auto Syndicate other Tribepro members – Start your following and auto-syndicating right away so you can collect points and then be ready to submit your content

What to Post on TribePro

You basically want to post any content that would benefit from having first page search engine results, which basically means “everything”

• Your Blog content

• Your Youtube content – Many times Youtube.com video content will come up faster on Google or Bing first page results so always push this content through Tribepro to give it a boost.

• Easy Video Player content (This is a great tool if you market online, and you can rank with this video content) I usually always post my video content to both Youtube and Easy Video Player.

• EzineArticles.com content – EzineArticles.com is pretty much the biggest article directory on the internet and has a huge amount of internal search traffic. You should always be posting your blog posts here after you put them on your personal blog.

• My Lead System Pro Article Content (If you are an online marketer or a Network Marketer trying to generate leads online the My Lead System Pro marketing system is a must)

So there you have it, I guess you can pretty much guess that it works, and works well. I have lots of fist page rankings on the search engines such as Google, and Tribepro is an important part of my marketing arsenal.

My standard approach is of course to follow the core strategy of optimizing for “On Page SEO” factors first and then next posting to Tribepro followed by an article marketing campaign to seal the deal, however I have see my content hit the first page of the search engines many times just based on the “on page” factors and Tribepro.

So what is all the fuss about Qivana?

Well you may be wondering the same thing, and if you are researching Qivana to determine if it’s the MLM company that is going to give you the financial home run you have been hoping for then read on and I will try to unravel the mystery of this fast moving network marketing company, get to the core of where this new network marketing company stands in the universe of probable MLM success stories, and what two “MLM Legends”, Mark Yarnell & Jerry Campisi, are doing working with such as otherwise uneventful looking MLM company.

Qivana – The First Look

I first ran across Qivana in late 2009 when one of my online marketing students from My Lead System Pro (see My Lead System Pro Review) enrolled with me to learn online marketing and lead generation strategies and since they were promoting this new company called Qivana they asked me to  help them write a sizzle ad posting for the back office of their My Lead System Pro marketing system so they could use it to help them sponsor new reps into Qivana.

I did some quick research on Qivana to try to extract some product or marketing sizzle that I could use to compose my students marketing statement from the Qivana corporate website and came away a little empty handed.

Now as usual when I do a quick review of a network marketing company I first looked at company background, hum…. not anything stellar there, then I looked at the Qivana products….humm again, the products were pretty basic looking nutritional supplements known as pro-biotics, no killer jungle juice or other exotic super supplement there, then of course the sizzle must be in the compensation plan so I went there.

Humm….  empty handed again!

The Qivana compensation plan was a pretty straight Hybrid-Binary comp plan with a director check match, nothing earth shattering there.

Now don’t get me wrong, Qivana is probably a great company and who knows, they could even be the next big thing, but I felt like a frustrated detective on an investigation who after digging through the facts came up with a big nothing.

Well as Mr Spock from Star Trek used to say in his impeccable Vulcan logic…. “When you have eliminated all the other possibilities, whatever remains however implausible must be the answer”

Well maybe the facts were just the facts, maybe there was just noting out of the ordinary there.

Well I was not doing a company review at the time and I had my hands full promoting my Top Tier MLM business so I wove a sizzle marketing statement together for my student the best I could and moved on.

The Qivana Mystery

Then several months after that I had a call from my good friend Jerry Campisi whom I had know in NuSkin from many years ago (see NuSkin Review ) and in talking he told me he was promoting a new deal called Qivana and that Mark Yarnell was also in the business and working with him?

My mind kind of went blank for a moment, as the gears in my head churned furiously trying to connect the dots. It was one of those moments like waking up from a dream where you know with absolute certainty that you have the key to the universe but as you wake you just can’t seem to remember it.

I knew I remembered something about Qivana but what was it?

Well I searched my computer and found my marketing statement and then was even more puzzled.

Jerry and Mark were both legends in the MLM industry and multi-million dollar earners who had worked in multiple companies, so what were they doing in this very average looking MLM?

Jerry Campisi, with his strong background in business and marketing, I knew from my NuSkin days and he in fact was the one who got me started on the right path in the MLM business world. Our discussions of working the NuSkin business (see How to Succeed In NuSkin)  as a sifting and sorting process and embracing the law of large numbers rather than looking at it as an identify & Sell proposition provided a key turning point in my network marketing career.

Mark Yarnell likewise had also been a powerful mentor for me in NuSkin and it was his focus on advertising and presentation strategies that finally give me the 2^nd part of the MLM success puzzle. Not to mention the fact that he is undoubtedly the outrageous presenter in the entire MLM industry. His stories, if you have not heard them before, are legendary.

It was in fact the influence of these two MLM legends that put me on a track where within the next two years my income shot to over a million dollars a year.

Qivana The Company

Qivana started business in early 2009 using the industry standard pre-launch phase which lasted several months to attract all the MLM hopefuls that tend to follow new companies and jump on board just hoping that this is finally the company that’s going to make it all happen for them, and then had the “Hard Launch” in late 2009.

Well I do have to say that Qivana has some polished MLM business managers at the helm that do have years of experience managing network marketing companies through their growth curves.

• Derek Hall, the founder and CEO, has worked as President and CEO for Nature’s Way, Univera and a host of other companies.

• Rodney James, Chief Sales Exec had a similar pedigree having worked with other MLM giants such as  XanGo, NuSkin (see NuSkin Review), and VM Direct (founded by Richard Kall form NuSkin).

• Devin Glazier, the Chief Financial Officer, ditto on having worked with top MLM companies.

• Justin Banner, the Chief Strategy Officer (Wow I like that title, Strategy officer sounds powerful, if I wasn’t a marketer I would want to be a Strategy Officer) also had previous MLM management experience from working with a superjuice giant called Tahitian Noni.

Qivana Products

Qivana has some great looking nutritional products that focus heavily on herbals, botanicals, adaptogens,  and probiotics, rather than main stream multivitamins. This is a very interesting nutritional market and is also the one the Pharmanex, a division of NuSkin that I had worked with for several years, focused on when they first launched.

The company has two main product lines, one is called QORE. The other is called METABOLIQ.

Qivana QORE – There are four main product categories in this group

• QORE Probiotic – These help with your digestive system

• QORE Essentials – These help improve your cardiovascular system.

• QORE Defense – These help build and fortify your immune system. This is actually a combination of six “medical mushrooms”

• QORE Detox This detox product is focused on ridding your body of heavy metals and relies on a all-natural heavy metal chelation and systemic detoxification process.

Qivana METABOLIQ – This product line came later and is actually a weight loss program which seeks to redefine weight loss through metabolic correction and is a nutrition system that contains shakes, bars, and capsules.

• Qivana Shake – This is a protein shake that contains high quality protein and specially formulated amino acids to enhance metabolic burn rates

• Qivana Bar – High quality protein and specially formulated amino acids to enhance metabolic burn rates

• Qivana Boost – Capsules that have ingredient that will according to company literature help increase your metabolic burn rage allowing you to burn fat faster.

• Qivana Resist – This is an interesting supplement that supposedly blocks your ability to taste sweets for 1-2 hours and also temporarily blocks sugar absorption.

The Qivana Compensation Plan

Qivana uses the proven Hybrid Binary compensation plan that is becoming pretty much an industry standard for companies using binary pay plans. It provides the powerful selling features of a binary pay plan where you can only have 2 front line distributors and can receive income on infinite levels of production as long as it is below you in the structure, no matter who put the downline distributor in place.

That means that you and anyone in your upline that you share that leg with (often called Strong, or Common leg) can put new distributors in the leg and no matter who puts it in place everyone in the leg gets the benefit of, and can be paid on the volume that flows up the leg.

Qivana pays out 10% based on the volume in the New Leg

This overflow structure is one of the most seductive aspects of the binary pay plan and why they have been so successful in pulling distributors into companies that use them. Now the flip side of this is that even if you have a million dollars in volume below you in the leg, you are paid based on the volume that is in your other or “new leg” that you are building yourself.

What this means is that sometimes prospects will join strong leaders in droves because they know they will get the benefit of the leaders building efforts as they put people downline from them in the common or power leg, but then realize that if they don’t build the other leg they don’t get paid.

Now one other benefit of the binary is that it tends to keep distributors on autoship since you will lose any accumulated volume in the leg below you if you are not active status. This many times tends to keep distributors in place even though they are not doing the business because of the fear of loss.

Now standard MLM binary pay plans do have limitations, which is why some ingenious soul came up with the Hybrid-Binary, where you actually have 2 pay structures.

One where you build your team with a binary structure and get paid one set of commissions and the other where the computer re-arranges everyone you personally sponsored into a Unilevel sponsoring tree and you get paid an additional bonus (usually a matching check bonus) on your personally sponsored reps who achieve director or executive status several levels deep.

Qivana has this same type of check match that allows you to be paid 7 levels deep.

Now normally most companies with this type of pay plan offer 60%to 70% payouts based on gross sales, however Qivana offers 50% which makes it a little conservative in the world of Hybrid-Binaries.

The Mark Yarnell & Jerry Campisi Secret Strategy….

Well this is probably the part you were waiting for right? The super secret strategy that these two top Million dollar earning MLM legends have up their sleeve right?

Well I hate to disappoint you but even after talking to Jerry Campisi I still can’t figure it out, there does not appear to be any super secret, super spectacular angle or product or product claim. In short what you see is what you get.

Well to summarize, Qivana has some attractive products, and is still fairly early stage for a “Standard MLM”. If you choose to pursue and “Standard MLM” (as opposed to Top Tier MLM) then being involved in an early stage company allows you to have the benefit of tapping into the early stage growth acceleration that can occur in MLM companies that really hit the mark and that can mean big checks quicker.

So if you like what you see in Qivana then go for it, they look like a solid bet.

However keep in mind that MLM is a work program not a lottery, no network marketing company even Qivana, is going to make you a fortune just because you sign up. You need to setup a business plan on how you are going to generate leads, implement it, and then work it hard.

Too many distributors enter the world of network marketing and expect fame and fortune just by chasing their warm market around and trying to beat them into submission or lurking around in coffee shops trying to scare up some prospects.

To truly be success in network marketing you need to adopt an aggressive building process where you can bring in about 10 new reps a month and the best way I know of to do that today is to use Online Marketing strategies and tap the internet for your leads.

It was in fact my use of high volume lead generation strategies that employed Automation & Leverage that put me into a million dollar a year income stream.  So with the right tools and a little coaching you could be on the path…..

Online Marketing To The Rescue

The best out of the box solution for that in today market I believe is My Lead System Pro. This tool is generic so you can build any company with it, and it also helps to generate an additional cash flow that will help fill in the financial gaps in the early days as you build your MLM.

So how did you end up in NuSkin?

It was probably that call from friend or an old business associate that finally got you to look at NuSkin, and then you found out that it was one of those “deals”, you know one of those MLM’s that you never thought you would ever be involved in, but somehow this company seemed different. NuSkin does of course tend to attract a pretty upscale group to its distributor base.

Then there were those exciting NuSkin products, and they do have a lot of great products, not to mention different divisions, like Pharmanex for nutrition, and Big Planet for the internet and technology, and let’s face it NuSkin makes great stuff.

Then they showed you the NuSkin compensation plan and probably started drawing those little circles on the paper to show the magic of MLM style leverage, and all you could see when you closed your eyes that night were dollar signs.

You were hooked

Now I know from my 25 years in the Network Marketing industry that the excitement of those early days can carry you for quite a while, I mean you are excited by the very thought of what lies ahead of you, but then at some point you have to actually start building the business and oh my gosh, actually talking to people.

Yes that’s right you are not going to make those $80,000 monthly commission checks form NuSkin by keeping the deal a secret, you are actually going to have to come out of the closet and tell people that you know that you are actually in one of “those deals”.

Now for most people, the journey into network marketing begins with their being told to make a list of everyone you know (COI or center of influence list) and then you are told to simply give them a call and tell them the story of this great opportunity you have run across.

Traditional NuSkin Marketing

Now if you have a good NuSkin upline they will probably be on the call with you (3 way calls) and all you will have to do it to introduce them and then listen while the pitch the NuSkin business to your friends and family and close business associates. Now if they know what they are doing, they will have already asked you index the “Top 20” on that list of prospects that you think are the best (sometimes referred to as the Chicken List), and after blasting through that group you will be on your own to do the rest of the calls.

Now depending on what kind social circle you have, this warm market list of potential NuSkin prospects can either have hundreds of names on it or be painfully small. However the size of the list really does not matter because the bottom line is that sooner or later you are simply going to run out of prospects to call.

Then bam! You hit the wall and you know you need to take it to the next stage but you have no clue on what to do next.

Now this is generally where the average person ends their short career in network marketing and they drop back to just consuming the NuSkin products and give up on the business vowing to get back to it at some yet undefined point in the future.

Sound familiar?

The biggest problem new distributors have in building a Network Marketing business like NuSkin,  is that they have no business plan other than talking to a few people they know. Now there is nothing wrong with that as a starting point, but expecting to find fame and fortune from just a few people, is you know pretty silly.

The NuSkin Success Model

Now let’s back up here a big and try a different approach. Let’s look at building a real business plan that will generate NuSkin Success.

Let’s take a look at actually treating this like it was a real business and setup up a business plan and a marketing system that can give us access to a high enough volume of leads to actually power your NuSkin business.

Now I have a confession to make here, I actually started my network marketing career in NuSkin and had a similar experience. I did do the warm market approach and I did of course make a list, but that only carried me for about 6 months and I got so sick of chasing people around and listening to their lame excuses, I think I quit 5 times just in those first 6 months.

Then I discovered marketing

I sought help from some of the successful reps in NuSkin that were actually making the big bucks and finally opened my eyes to the error of what I was doing.

They asked me what are the chances if you just go out and target the few people you know, that anyone on that list is even going to be remotely interested?  I mean even if you have a pretty good warm market list of 100 people or so, if there is nothing to qualify this prospect list except that you know them in some fashion, the odds are actually not real good that anyone will even be remotely interested in starting their own business or in what you are doing.

They went on to say, now what if you put information about the NuSkin business in front of 100 people that were qualified in some way and actually looking for some type of opportunity?  Your odds are now getting better that you will find distributors. Now how about if you put the NuSkin business in front of 1000 or 10,000 or a million?

Now I don’t know if you have ever had one of those “Ah Ha” light bulb going off in the head experiences but that was it for me.

Suddenly the parts of the puzzle of NuSkin success seemed to fall into place.

Now this does not mean that I had some divine business plan for NuSkin success pumped instantly into my brain, it was more like a hazy view, but it was a direction!

You see the idea with marketing is to move your focus from just a narrow market of a few people you know to a much larger market and actually advertise to generate MLM leads so that you are dealing with a qualified market. The larger the market the more leads, the more leads, more prospects, the more prospects, the more distributors and so on.

Success in NuSkin or any other  MLM in the universe is a numbers game.

As I outlined in my recent NuSkin Review, I went to work and developed an advertising approach using newspapers that generated over 100 leads a week and then a automated system to screen them and used leverage to give them presentations, and refined the process into a marketing system that finally gave me over 250 personally sponsored dead serious distributors in 2 years and I hit over $1.5 million in income the next year.

Now over the years in the Network Marketing industry I have made millions with NuSkin and other MLM companies that I have worked with, and although the marketing methods vary from year to year the Million Dollar Game Plan remains the same:

• Understand the “Law of Large Numbers”
• Use advertising to generate a high volume lead flow of qualified prospects
• Use leverage and automation to sift and manage that lead flow
• Cash the checks

Now in “Unilevel” compensation plans like NuSkin uses  (see my recent review on the NuSkin compensation plan “Can You Still Make Big Money With NuSkin?” ) you need to plan on bringing in about 10 new distributor a month to power your NuSkin business.

Now in today’s market the best target market to advertise in is the internet. There were by last count about 1.7 billion people online. Can you imagine being able to reach out a tap just a fraction of that traffic and drive them to your NuSkin or other MLM company’s web page.

Now mastering the use of the internet for advertising is really not that complicated and there are many good online training programs and marketing systems that can teach you what you need to know to begin marketing your business.

I guess the big question many people have when taking a look at a MLM business like NuSkin is if the Nu Skin compensation plan is really that profitable, and can you actually make money with a company like NuSkin?

I mean let’s face it, NuSkin is not exactly a new deal, they have been around for over 25 years and there are so many variations of MLM compensation plans that have been developed over the last few years, can an old standard Unilevel compensation plan still get the job done?

OK so let’s discuss that, but first let’s gets some facts straight about MLM compensation plans. There are in today’s market so many different variations of network marketing compensation plans you could fill a pretty big book just analyzing them: Binary, Hybrid-Binary (MonaVie Review), Matrix, Forced Matrix, Top Tier MLM, Hybrid Top Tier MLM (Family IQ Review) and so many blends and variations of them its staggering.

But look, just think about it in general terms, does it really matter if it’s a Unilevel or a Binary, or a Binary with a Directors match or daily cash paying matrix? They all pay good money.

Every company you look at in the MLM industry has top earners and they all make the big money once they get an organization up and running and growing explosively.

NuSkin’s compensation plan has of course stood the test of time, and it is profitable. When you look at the compensation that the top reps with NuSkin have pulled over the years, the numbers are pretty staggering.

I have friends in NuSkin who have earned over $40 million dollars, and the ranks of their $20 million dollar club are pretty full also.

However that’s just one part of the picture.  The NuSkin compensation plan has proved its ability to generate big dollars but it is not necessarily the easiest to build.

Building For Bucks – NuSkin Compensation Plan Optimization

I think the better question when you join a particular MLM is how do you maximize the compensation plan for that company?

Every type of compensation plan in MLM requires a slightly different building strategy to maximize it, so let’s discuss what you need to do with NuSkin to get to the big bucks.

Now just so you don’t think that I am talking out of school here, I will point out that NuSkin was my first MLM and I did become a 7 figure earner with them within my first 3 years. I also have no current affiliation with them so this is not a commercial for the company (see my recent NuSkin Review).

So how do you max out this baby?

Tapping The NuSkin Money Vault

Well with a “Unilevel” or “Stairstep Breakaway” system like NuSkin uses you are basically tapping a rectangle of production. You can only tap to a certain depth so greater income comes from having a larger front line which then spreads as it goes down kind of like a pyramid (I love that word) which in turn gives you a larger group to tap. The larger your front line the larger your base.

Now with their version of a “Unilevel” there is no limit to the number of people you can have in your dowline, but you can only tap to a certain depth in the structure. To tap the depth you have to build your front line (personally sponsored distributors) to a certain width and you must have a certain number of your front like distributors achieve certain production quotas and become NuSkin Executive Distributors.

NuSkin Executive Distributors

There are also two classes of distributors in the NuSkin comp plan, the regular run of the mill distributors and Executive distributors (or as the are sometimes called, breakaways).

Now when you sponsor someone you do get a commission based on what they do, but you cannot tap their dowline until you earn the right by becoming an Executive distributor (there are volume requirements).

Once  you are an Executive you can now tap your entire NuSkin group of regular distributors with no limit in depth, this is called your “Circle Group”, however you are limited in being able to tap Executive distributors based on how many Executives you have on your front line.

Now if you sponsor someone and they really take off, and become an Executive and there are Executives below them, you can’t get paid on that extended downline of Executives until you generate more Executives on your front line.

And so begins the race

Now when you start this footrace you have to think strategically and move fast or you will leave money on the table.

You have to build width on your front line quickly so you can tap the depth of your group but at the same time you have to support and stimulate a certain amount of depth or there will be nothing there to tap.

Go Wide Fast!

Now I found the best building approach for comp plans like NuSkin,  is to go wide fast and at the same time reach down one or two levels and support the depth.

One key point here, never ever stop personal recruiting to manage your group. That is the death of an MLM business.

The Sifting Process

So the first step in building this structure is to sift your prospects to find your distributors.

Now in a unilevel program, everyone you sponsor goes on your front line, and starts an additional leg of your business. So the more people you sponsor the wider the top of your structure is.

Next you have to sift your distributors to find the people who actually do something. Then you sift those reps to see who the 20% Percenters are. They are the ones who are actually serious about building an organization.

Now at this point if you are an Executive, you are tapping your entire organization as deep as it goes but this is not where the big money is since most of this group will be doing small volumes or just using the product.

NuSkin Executive Qualification & Breakaways

The 20% Percenters are the ones who will become the basis of  your income stream and they will generally go into Executive qualification and become what is called a breakaway Executive.

Now when a distributor becomes a “break away”, the commission you were making on their NuSkin group can drop from as much 14% down to 5%.

Ouch!

This is a dramatic reduction of course and is just the way break away systems work,  but the theory is that you are making 5% of the group production of someone who is a business builder so it should actually be more.

Now once you have one NuSkin Executive on your front line you can tap 5% on any Exectuvie and their groups on your first level only.

To tap 2 levels of Executive distributor commissions you have to have 2 breakaway Executives on your first level and so on.

With 1 executive on your front line you are a “NuSkin Gold Executive” and can tap a 5% commission on your front like executives entire group volume. There are different rank designations NuSkin depending on how many front line executives you have “Ruby”, Emerald, etc, with the top rank being achieved when you reach “Blue Diamond” one you have 12 Executive break-aways.

The maximum depth you can tap on the NuSkin comp plan is 6 levels of Executives and you have to be a “Blue Diamond” and be 12 Executives wide on your front line to do that.

Rollups & The Compression Factor – The Road To Big Bucks In NuSkin

Now of course there is a reason they call it a Breakaway, and that is because it does not matter where a distributor is in your group or on what level they are, when they become an Executive they will break away from their position in the dowline and roll up beneath the next qualified Executive in the structure.

So in effect if you snooze you lose. If you sponsor a hot distributor and you are not an Executive and they qualify before you do, you lose them as an Executive and they roll up the line.

That means bye-bye Executive bonus on that rep, and by the way, in NuSkin, once it’s gone its gone forever.

If you are a big player this compression actually works to your benefit since all the power in your downline will roll up and compress below you.

Where did you think the big NuSkin checks came from?

So the money is in the Executive groups, and you want a lot of them within your 6 level payout.

In the end it’s a 5% ballgame in NuSkin, but with a large enough group that can amount to big bucks.

NuSkin Group Building Tips

Once again build wide fast is the best approach here and as you will discover not everyone you bring in will be a mover so I recommend you set your goal on sponsoring 6 to 10 reps a month and then sift that group down to find your 20% Percenters.

Now the way I achieved the big bucks in NuSkin was to implement “The Law of Large Numbers”.  I developed some innovative marketing approaches that generated 80 to 100 leads a week and then used leveraged sales funnels to sift that traffic down to the serious prospects and then of course to the 20% Percenters.

Then by using a specific duplication model I ended up generating over 21 front like Executive Distributors that settled down to about 16 over the long haul, and then the golden doors opened.

There were of course other NuSkin distributors who used more of the “Old School MLM Marketing” approaches, however their success in many cases took much longer and many of the Blue Diamonds hit their success through pure luck by surfacing one of those magical 1% Percenters.

The year I retired from active status in NuSkin and just decided to cash my checks and travel, there were over 260 top level reps, and the average income of that group was about $760,000 a year.

Not Bad eh?

However if you analyzed the income streams of those top NuSkin reps, the blue diamonds, you would find some interesting numbers. Over 70 percent of them by my analysis derived over 2/3rds of their income stream from 1 or 2 key distributors that came into their group.

Interesting eh?

Such is the nature of the “Standard MLM” compensation plan. In that MLM model, your search and success is predicated on finding the mythical 1% Percenters, those people who will come in and explode your group. However if you use traditional approaches, face to face, warm market, etc, you are doing one off presentations and it can take you a lifetime to surface one of them.

So using high volume strategies and automation and leverage gets you there quicker.

So the lesson here is that if you are courting success in any MLM business, you need to use a high volume lead generation approach to get a large enough flow of leads on a daily basis to power your business plan.

The best way to do that in today’s market is to use online marketing approach.

So in closing I guess that there has been very big money earned by aggressive Nu Skin distributors in the past and that being a well run, very creative company,I have no doubt that distributors will continue to profit in the future.

However maybe the better question to ask is whether or not this is the best way to the end result?

I mean we are here to make money right?

The truth is that old standard Unilevel compensation programs like NuSkin uses are powerful as a result of the compression or rollup factor which tends to concentrate your best most productive action and distributors near the top of your organization where you can actually tap it,  but it takes time, sometimes a long time to get the real benefit of that type of compression since to reap the big rewards you have to apply that compression factor to a very large group to “squeeze” the “diamonds” and of course the “Blue Diamonds” (NuSkin Top Distributor ranking) out of the raw material.

And in today’s fast paced MLM marketplace where distributors and being bombarded with new distracting offers 20 minutes after you sponsor them, can building that size of a group and stabilizing it be done as easily as it was even 10 years ago?

Humm….  I guess that’s the real question

The Million Dollar Game Plan

Ok so here we go again, I thought I had finally seen all the superjuice companies in existence but then there they were, Kyani International, a relatively new player in the MLM field, with yet another superjuice.

Kyani hopes to tap whatever action may be left in the once unstoppable superjuice market by creating a product that leverages on the antioxidant power of blueberries, and not just any blueberries, specifically Alaskan blueberries!

Now don’t get me wrong here, I am a big believer in health and nutrition, but I for one am tired of looking at superjuices.

Now of course this market segment was a huge powerhouse in the MLM industry for years, and some of the success stories such as Tahitian Noni, Xango, and the famed MonaVie hit growth curves while in their prime that were dizzying. MonaVie in particular as I pointed out in a recent blog post, MonaVie Review, churned out pretty close to $980,000 per month in commission payments to their top distributor Brig Hart using a simple Hybrid-binary MLM compensation plan and pretty much turned the industry its collective ear for several years.

Wait a minute, did I say $980,000 a month???

Good grief batman! No wonder we love network marketing……

But of course what the market givith the market can also taketh away, and today the proud superjuice giants of a few years ago are looking a little worse for wear (see MonaVie Review Update).

However the fantastic growth of this market caused a literal flood of superjuice products to hit the market as aspiring company founders trotted off to the far corners of the world with dollar signs in their eyes, in search of yet another undiscovered mystery fruit.

At its high point a few years ago the true superjuice believers had so many bottles of different superjuices in their refrigerator there wasn’t even room for the milk.

While you would think that such a market is already over saturated, it seems that consumers still welcome new health drinks with open arms.

There is of course some evidence that antioxidants from fruits, such as blueberries, may lessen the risk of cancer. This is the assumption upon which Kyani has established its business model. The FDA, however, does not approve of such an assumption because of inconclusive evidence. Just like the thousands of other MLM companies out there, Kyani International operates on a distribution basis wherein sales associates get the products at wholesale prices. Those associates are then tasked to generate leads, recruit other associates, and close sales.

According to Kyani’s official website, two of the co-founders  — Gayle and Dick Powell – were in Alaska and they chanced upon someone who was doing a research on the Tlingit tribe. They found out that the members of this tribe regularly consumed Alaskan Blueberry and Sockeye Salmon. According to studies, these two foods contain very high nutritional value.

With knowledge of what had happened in the superjuice market over the last several years by companies bringing a unique product to market, the Powell’s were excited about the prospect of launching what they felt was a unique product using an MLM business model and based on the Alaskan Blueberry. They relayed this information to several potential business partners and together they founded Kyani International in 2005.  Keeping with the Alaskan motif, they chose the name Kyani which in the Tlingit native American language stands for “Strong Medicine.”

The company is headed by CEO Michael Breshears, who has years of experience in leading MLM companies. His previous roles encompass all aspects of the multi-level marketing business from logistics to customer service to distribution and marketing. He also continues to be active in the Direct Selling Association (DSA).

Presently, Kyani International is still a privately-held firm that operates in Asia, Europe, and North America. While it was established in 2005, it wasn’t until three years later that the company started to show appreciable growth when they finally began to attract some successful experienced networkers to their product and business model.

Unlike other health drink MLM companies that carry a number of products, Kyani International only offers four in its product line. These three nutritional drinks are the following

• Kyani Sunrise. This is a vitamin-infused healthy beverage that contains not just the Wild Alaskan Blueberry but also 10 other “Super Foods” – Red Raspberry, Concord Grapes, Pomegranate, Blueberry, Noni, Aloe Vera, Wolfberry, Grape Seed/Skin, Cranberry, and Bee Pollen. One ounce a day of the Kyani Sunrise is designed to maintain a healthy heart, reduce stress, enhance immunity, boost energy, and improve brain function.

• Kyani Sunset. This is a dietary supplement in capsule form that contains omega-3 from Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon. Also among its ingredients is Annatto seed that contains high levels of Tocotrienols, from which pure vitamin E is derived. This supplement serves to reduce cholesterol, control inflammation, maintain cardiovascular health, boost immunity, increase energy, enhance brain function, maintain blood sugar level, and promote healthier hair and skin.

• Kyani NitroFX. Nitric Oxide products are well known in the health and bodybuilding markets and this product is a noni plant-based product that leverages the power of nitric oxide, which according to studies helps improve our body’s circulation, energy, and cell repair function. Just a little of this product is said to increase blood flow, enhance heart health, improve immunity, enhance sexual health, and maintain blood sugar balance.

• Kyani NitroXtreme. This product is designed to maximize our body’s production of Nitric Oxide through increased Nitrate content and the addition of other key ingredients like Magnesium, Chromium, Zinc, Niacin, and CoQ10 which all are beneficial to our health. A few drops a day of this product improves blood flow, promotes a healthy cardiovascular system, boosts immunity, lowers the risk of resistance to insulin, and fosters the proper functioning of the digestive system.

Kyani’s marketing materials promote the concept that these products work with each synergistically other to lower the risk of disease, neutralize free radicals, and enhance overall health and well-being.

Now of course the main marketing focus of most Network Marketing health products and especially superjuices is that some product users experience pretty remarkable health benefits that are tangible (can actually be felt) and these testimonials are then used to provide a demonstration of how effective and life changing the company’s products can be.

As such, you will most likely have customers who will love the products and swear that they work miracles, while there will be others who won’t be as enthusiastic but are sold on the factual health benefit research done by the company.

The key of course is to do a little research on the products’ ingredients before you get swept away by the glowing testimonials, to make sure that there actually is any validity to the health benefits or if it’s just distributor ra-ra.

Now having said that, since I am a nutritional buff,  at least in this case I can pretty much assure you that there are definite health benefits that can be achieved from supplements using Nitric Oxide, Tocotrienols, and the antioxidant power of blueberries.

Kyani Compensation Plan

Depending on how you get started with Kyani, you’ll be charged with upfront enrollment fees that range from $299 to $999. On top of this, there is a monthly autoship and back office fee of $150.

Compensation primarily banks on Kyani’s  3 x 7 Forced Matrix system for their distributors. Under this plan, you’d only need three people in your first line but at the same time have the chance to sponsor unlimited personal distributors in your matrix. Since you can sponsor any number of personal distributors, the amount of money you can earn is not limited. In fact, you get to earn a 100% matching check from every person you sponsor when they become leaders themselves.

There are also other ways through which you can earn including Sponsor Bonuses, Fast Start Bonuses, Car Program, Leadership Pools, and Incentive Trips.

Now most of the comp plan perks are fairly standard however there was one that kind of got my attention was the comp plan perk called the Rank Bonus:

• Emerald Rank Bonus Payout. Achieve Emerald and maintain for 1 additional month and receive a lump sum of $5,000.
• Blue Diamond Bonus Payout. Achieve Blue Diamond and maintain for 2 months and receive a lump sum of $25,000.
• Purple Diamond Bonus Payout. Achieve Purple Diamond and maintain for 2 months and receive a lump sum of $100,000.
• Double Red Diamond Payout. Achieve Double Red Diamond and maintain for 2 months and receive a lump sum of $500,000.

Actually it’s kind of motivating to think about getting a Double Red Diamond Rank bonus and getting a nice lump sum of $500,000 in your next distributor check.

Humm…..

Now what are the odds that they plugged this bonus in to attract those top level networkers that gave them that needed boost in growth a few years ago.

Who says you can’t buy talent!

Actually MonaVie at their peak also tried this kind of perk to attract top talent and it did work for them for a while.

As far as distributor support goes, Kyani hosts national conventions every year and smaller conference calls in different cities on a quarterly basis. The only downside is that since Kyani is a relatively new company, you may not be given much local support. And if you’re thinking of opening up a new town, then you may probably not benefit from having weekly meetings led by local leaders to assist you in giving live presentation. But of course that’s the flip side of the MLM coin, if you join a huge company that already has everything in place then the upside growth potential is usually not as good.

Also since in my opinion most of the traditional MLM face to face marketing approaches should be in the museums where they belong, any distributor courting success in today’s market should be using online marketing approaches to generate their leads and do presentations.

What are the future prospects for Kyani?

Well MLM crystal balls are all a little cloudy when it comes to charting the future success course of any company in the Network Marketing industry, and of course it’s the same when looking at Kyani.

Health and nutritional are of course huge trillion dollar markets and the superjuices have carved out a big niche in that arena, however I am not so sure but that maybe the superjuice success train may have run its course. There have been so many MLM companies running after that market in the last few years, that your average network marketing distributor tends to run the other way when they hear the word “Superjuice”.

However who knows, this one could be the next billion dollar hyper-growth success monster that generates the next legendary $900,000 a month commission checks.

The Kyani products do have validity and of course that sexy “Alaskan” motif,  and the compensation plan is already churning out some big commissions, so if you like what you see go for it.

Kyani presents a legitimate business opportunity the details of which are clearly outlined in their professional-looking website and brochures. However, it doesn’t necessarily mean that a legitimate MLM company is equivalent to success on your part. Unless you are able to convince other people about the worth of Kyani products and generate a lot of leads, you’ll merely end up at home keeping company with all your bottles of superjuice.

Success in Kyani or any MLM business model hinges on your ability to structure it as a real business and to have a high volume lead generation system in place so you can look beyond just your friends and family for your success.

So what’s the deal with  “My Video Talk” ? I mean we all know that online video is a hot growth area on the internet right?

Enter “My Video Talk” one of the latest to jump on the MLM Video bandwagon.

My Video Talk is based in Northern California. It was founded in April 2004 to provide cutting-edge internet communication technologies. Currently, it is available globally with its presence felt in several countries.

But is it?

Humm….. yes that’s the million dollar question.

Unlike many other multi-level marketing systems that only generate income from fees paid by the sale of physical products or lotions and potions, My Video Talk provides an intangible service related product to a marketplace that appears at least to hunger for such things. But the question remains.

How can you achieve financial success with My Video Talk, and is it sustainable?

We need to understand a few things before we can discuss the success potential of a product or a system. First understand that no matter how sexy a Network Marketing product may be or how marketable it may seem, that is not where you make the money in the world of MLM.

You can have the newest MLM on the street with hottest product in the world, but if you spend your time out trying to sell the product you are not going to make those $10,000 a month checks you have been hoping for.

Network marketing is not a retail based business model, and if you try to treat it as such and achieve success by selling the product you will probably win retail excellence awards from the company but you will never make the big money, because there is no leverage in retail MLM sales.

Listen closely now….. it’s not about selling the product!

MLM as a business model is much more closely aligned to the wholesale buyer’s network business model, like a Costco.

Nobody joins Costco to buy products at wholesale and sell them in their store at retail, we all join and pay the membership fee just so we can get them cheaper. It is in fact, a wholesale buyers network that exists on self consumption.

Network marketing is exactly the same ballgame.

OK Marc, so then what’s the point of a hot sexy product?

Well to attract other distributors of course! The hotter the market segment and the sexier the product the more distributors you will be able to get to jump on the bandwagon.

So with a broad product mix that the average persons sees the value in, the more people who will enroll knowing that the products should be a cake walk to sell but then in  fact they never do sell any, they just use them themselves.

So the true keys to MLM success are…………

So what’s the bottom line here Marc? Thumbs up or thumbs down?

Well there are a number of ways to look at this, one is as an affiliate tool for a marketer, and the other is as a standard MLM business opportunity.

As an affiliate marketing product I think this has some merit. Video as we know is a powerful marketing tool and is here to stay for the foreseeable future and there are lots of people who market on the internet and who could use this to improve their marketing and more importantly sell to other aspiring marketers as a straight up affiliate product.  A $100 commission on a $300 or $429 startup video package is not bad as far as affiliate commissions go. I mean if you can use the products anyway you might as well make some money off of marketing it to your list right?

If we look at My Video Talk as a standard MLM business opportunity I am not sure it has as much potential. Now keep in mind that since I am a big fan of Top Tier MLM (companies like Wealthmasters or Family IQ) as opposed to Standard MLM programs,  I am prejudiced  anyway, but the My Video Talk compensation plan is a pretty standard Binary pay plan, so no surprises there, and then there is the nasty problem of Technology products overall.

In standard MLM’s there are several different types of product groupings and each has its own unique growth and attrition pattern, which of course affects your income.

People love technology products, and so the initial growth pattern of these companies tend to be quite good, but then of course once the love affair is over the down hill slide of tech companies can be just as extreme.

Look we live in a high speed tech world and we tend to get bored easily. Think about your last smart phone or computer. The day you bought it your thought was “wow this is incredible” but then a month later when an even better smart phone hit the market the love affair started to wane.

And when love dies how far away is divorce?

Now don’t get me wrong here, My Video Talk could be the next billion dollar player in the market, or not?

The challenge for companies like My Video Talk of course is to keep the new product introductions and the even newer technology so fresh that you are always in the excitement phase.

You have to make your own decision here, but at a minimum, it looks like a great tool to enhance your marketing and past that who knows?

The bottom line is of course that no matter what MLM you build you need to power your success with a lot of leads rather than relying on the remote chance that you will find a killer producer in your warm market or lurking around the grocery store. The best way to do that in today’s market is to learn how to use the internet to leverage your business and generate leads.

Norwex, is a Norwegian MLM company that touts its miracle cleaning products through a network of independent distributors, is still growing and to date shows no signs of slowing down.

The company was founded in 1994 in Norway, and it has gained customers and consumers around the world, becoming popular for its unique cleaning and personal care products that have made it a household name in some communities.

First founded in Norway, Norwex has accumulated a following of more than 20,000 distributors, and expanded into multiple international markets including North America in 1999.

Now let’s face it, cleaning products don’t have a lot of sex appeal, but somehow these cleaning products whose main product promo seem to be that they both safe and effective, seem to have struck a cord with some in the home business industry.

MLM cleaning rags, what’s next?

Now Norwex products are not what you would expect from a MLM cleaning products company, the main thrust of the product line are the Norwex “Microfiber Cleaning Products”, which are according to the company website, an almost magical product that goes beyond “surface clean” with the innovative use of silver particles integrated into synthetic microfiber cloth.

Norwex recommends that you use the Microfiber cleaning cloths and clean using “water only” and that those silver microfibers will do a better and safer job without any chemical cleaners.

Shades of the MLM dark past, it almost sounds like the ill-fated “Laundry Ball” that was touted by an MLM company that industry legend Jim Fobair started years ago.

In that company the “laundry ball” was supposed to take the place of laundry detergent through the clever use of magnets to create an electro-static charge in the water, aligning the molecules and causing the dirt to just fall out.

Actually Norwex has one of these also, which they appropriately call a “Magnet Ball”.

Oh well I always liked the idea even through it was never really clear that it actually worked.

The second branch of the Norwex product line is comprised of Organic Personal Care Products, and of course in the personal care line they also have these silver microfiber towels and washcloths etc.

Norwex Products – Clean Your House Then Clean Your Face!

Now with the personal care products, Norwex goes beyond the cleaning rags and offers soaps and shampoo products that carry the organic and safe product focus. The literature states that they offer a modern approach to the personal care regimen that involves “deep cleaning” of the skin and that attempts to leave customers as clean as the Norwex cleaning products may leave their houses.

Norwex recently got the negative spotlight focused on them when the company found itself being accused of propagating a large scale scam with their products and marketing approaches. According to the accusations, Norwex was not actually selling products, but instead just sellingstarter kits for $200 dollars.

Good grief you regulators, grow up!  That’s a lame claim from the 1960’s before people ever understood MLM

Norwex made the regulators happy when the company clarified that actual products were indeed being sold, and that these products were complimented with a free starter kit to enhance the sale of the products and the buyers experience in using them.

The company also said that these kits were used – alongside real products, not instead of them – to motivate sellers toward action, and to inspire them towards the types of sales that Norwex wishes for anyone venturing forward with the company. The kits were used to help foster a team attitude among sellers, and to continue growing the Norwex brand.

The company said that with these starter kits, the distributor is able to gain credibility and knowledge of the products, and they have the chance to endorse the products on their own before selling them to others. These also help the distributors to maintain their distributor status every three months, which they must do by earning at least $250 over this period.

Sounds like a sensible Norwegian way to respond. Take that your regulators!

So the big question, can you actually make money with Norwex?

Now the Norwex business model is not exactly mainstream. It is actually a throwback to the old days of the Network Marketing home party plans. However even in today’s high tech market where recruiting is done worldwide without ever meeting your prospect except to maybe view them on Skype, the home party plan is still alive and well.

Norwex Distributors can make up to a 35% commission for product sales and distributors can also earn free products once they have sponsored another distributor who sells at least $2,000 worth of products in their first 90 days. There are also bonus programs for the business builders.

Future prospects?

Well from all appearances the company is solid, I mean it’s been around for over 18 years, and the product niche (home cleaning products) is huge and the product is unique (Silver microfibers), so I would have to say they are a pretty safe bet for a home business.

Now keep in mind that distributor cultures vary dramatically from company to company and to succeed in Norwex  I am sure your upline is pretty much going to have you do the home party plan approach.

Now although I am not a personal fan of the home party plan approach to network marketing, there are a number of companies that have used it successfully over the years and many of the distributors really like the personal nature of this type of sales.

Keep in mind however that your warm market list is only going to take you so far and when you have blasted through that, unless you learn some other marketing strategies to power your Norwex business and generate new leads you are going to be out of gas.

So if your goal is to generate a big income with a company like Norwex, you are going to have to have to have a powerful marketing strategy to sponsor a lot of reps.  The bottom line is of course that no matter what MLM you build you need to power your success with a lot of leads rather than relying on the remote chance that you will find a killer producer in your warm market or lurking around the grocery store.

Empower Network, hum….

So the question is, can Empower Network  be the “Next Big Thing”?

Well maybe or maybe not.

So before I go on to answer that burning question I guess I should digress here and give you a quick overview of exactly what the Empower Network actually is, and what it is not.

Empower Network is the brainchild of internet marketers David Wood and David Sharpe who in search of a different and unique business model ended up combining aspects of affiliate marketing, major product launch, greed, fear of loss, and a quasi MLM type commission that employs multiple levels within its structure but passes income upline using a comp plan variation borrowed from direct sales models known a pass up system.

 Confused yet?

Well there is more, and by the way what is Empower Network actually selling? Is there actually a product here or is this just another variation of a pyramid money transfer system?

Wow! Wash my mouth out with soap! I can’t even believe those words came out of my mouth!

Look I am not a MLM hater, I have been in the MLM industry for over 25 years and have been a 7 figure earner in that industry for many years and I love the industry.

But there is also the dark underbelly of pure scam that hovers on the edge of the home based business industry, and there are always people who find some new way to push the envelope with a new product or business model and it kind of leaves you scratching your head trying to decide what side of the fence a new gangbuster deal falls on.

That’s kind of where I was when I looked at Empower Network.

On its surface Empower Network is a pure money deal, and like it or not money deals attract people. I mean we are all in business to make money right?

Then there is the “wave effect” in marketing where some new program or “new great thing” hits the marketplace and the early adopters all jump on board and then just because a lot of people are joining other people join just so they are not left behind.

The thought is Wow! Everyone else is doing it so I better get on board!

But is there actually more to Empower Network than just a shell that allows you to make money by enrolling others who enroll others who enroll others and then sit at the beach while the automated pass up system deposits money to your merchant account?

Well sort of.

The Empower Network System

So let me break it down for you in a form that’s easy to understand, however it still may be hard to categorize Empower Network since this is an entirely new business model.

Empower Network is an affiliate product launch that has at its core 3 products.

The core product is a self replicating WordPress blog that is already optimized for SEO (search engine optimization), so that when you write blog posts the search engines have a better chance of finding your content and ranking you on Google or the other search engines.

Now optimizing a WordPress blog for SEO is not that hard if you know what you are doing but for those who do not, Empower Network shortcuts the technology learning curve pretty dramatically so this is a good thing.

This part of the program will cost you a basic membership fee of $25 per month.

The next Empower Network product is an online training system called the “Inner Circle” that contains several recorded trainings by David Sharp and David Wood covering subjects such as: Down & Dirty Marketing Secrets, Hypnotic Selling Secrets, How to close 95% of your prospects, and other online success trainings.

Now this part of the program will cost you $100 per month on top of the $25 per month you are already paying.

So is the “Inner Circle” actually worth what you pay for it?

Now just to keep it in perspective you should keep in mind that these guys know their stuff. David Wood and David Sharp are both very accomplished internet marketers. David Wood in particular even though my competitive nature makes it hard to admit, is probably one of the most talented markers working online today.

Also I believe the intent of the Empower Network founders is to keep adding to this online library by sharing the success and strategies of other successful members using the system so the curriculum should grow.

The next product in the system is the “Costa Rica Intensive” training. This is a high def recording of a live 2 day training intensive that David Wood recently did in Costa Rica where about a dozen people paid $3000 each to get training from David Wood on how to create the same type of magic in the online market as he does.

This Empower Network product will cost you a one time payment of $500.

The Empower Network Compensation Plan

Now all major product launches in the world of internet marketing share pretty much the same characteristics, they are all “How to” info products or trainings where the promoter is basically telling you “I have made millions online using this system or approach and if you pay me I will show you exactly how I did it”

The idea here of course is that if you buy the training and study the material you can do the same thing they do and of course have the same financial success.

Now this is a valid market, and it has been done in business just about forever and people will in fact pay big money for key information especially if they see it as  a missing link to their financial success or if they just want a step by step “how to” guide rather than trying to figure it out themselves.

I have never had a problem with paying for training, specific business models, or coaching. Heck in my last conventional business I paid over $35,000 for a license fee and 3 day training intensive on how to setup a successful banking service company.

Now the online marketing world has caught on to this model and there are lots of people out there selling training products, heck I do it myself.

Also the stakes are much higher with the internet mixed in. I mean there are probably over 1.8 billion people online today and if you can tap even the smallest fraction of that traffic and provide a product they want you can make millions with just your laptop.

Today there are many talented marketers who have done just that, and then they turn around package that system into a training, and sell it in mass generating additional millions in profit.

So is David Wood in that same league?

Humm..

well if he is not there yet, he is pretty close.

However, his Empower Network training is not a specific approach but rather a money making system wrapped around some general core training products that can teach you general online marketing success principals.

The Empower Network Compensation Plan

This is actually what is attracting all the attention. When you enroll as a Empower Network  member,  you get a replicated sales presentation funnel that you can then send your prospects to.

When those prospects take the tour and listen to David Wood and David Sharpe’s presentation, they are then offered the chance to buy the monthly membership to the blogging platform for $25 a month. If they purchase that,  then the up-sell process begins and they are next offered the opportunity to buy in at the next level, the “Inner Circle” training for an additional $100 per month.

If they purchase that, then there is yet another up-sell that offers them the Costa Rica training intensive for a one time fee of $500.

The profit potential on the Empower Network system is actually pretty amazing since for every qualified member that buys into your system you could be making $125 a month in re-occurring commissions and also a nice $500 one time bonus commission.

Now the presentation constantly stresses the fact that you will be receiving 100% commissions on all your sales, but as the up-sell makes very clear, to receive commissions on your $25 orders you must of course be active on the $25 membership, and if you want to receive the $100 re-occurring commissions you must be also active at that level or the sale your system makes for you will roll up to your sponsor. The same also goes with the $500 product.

So first the sales presentation appeals to your money making side by offering you a 100% commission, (OK let’s be honest here and just call it greed), then the fear of loss clicks in when you realize that if you don’t upgrade to the higher levels you are going to miss those commissions.

Now for the leverage…

There is another huge greed kicker here since when you enroll people in your system, and then they bring customers in, every 2^nd , 4^th 6^th member they enroll, and then every 5^th one after that ends up passing up to you and you receive the 100%  commissions on those sales also.

This pass-up keeps going since the person that you passed up will in turn pass-up their 2^nd, 4ht, and 6^th sale etc,  this pass-up structure actually goes down to infinity so the income potential is pretty huge if you sponsor a lot of people and they do the same.

So in effect you get the leverage of an MLM style comp plan with an affiliate “info product”.

Can we say Wow!…..

Join The Empower Network Now! > Join Now!

Now of course if you have ever sat through a MLM presentation before and watched a pro draw the circles on a white board and then run the famous arithmetic progression….

…. So if you get 2, and they get 2, and so on…. you magically have 3125 people in your group in just a few months.

That’s if your team members actually sponsor other people, and so on.

Yes of course the potential with a multi level comp plan is staggering, which is what draws so many opportunity seekers into the industry every year, but of course in practice things usually don’t progress exactly the same as in the example.

This is the same hypnotic power that the Empower Network comp plan has.

So OK Marc……get to the point, is this a thumbs up or thumbs down deal?

Well I have to say there are things I like about it and things I don’t.

Let’s start with the don’t likes.

I don’t like the Empower Network introduction video presentation very much. I see many online marketers today that when selling their product, they somehow feel the need to oversell and then take way to long getting to the point, and David Sharpe is very guilty of this.

Sales overkill just annoys me, but of course the Empower Network system is working and they generated over $500,000 in sales in just the first 10 days, so probably just ignore that comment.

I also don’t like the way they keep referring to the fact that you get 100% commissions but then seem to ignore the fact that if you are passing up every 2^nd, 4^th, 6^th etc that is not really 100% its actually more like 50% on the first 6 and then 80% thereafter.

Now of course you do receive 100% on the commissions you actually are qualified to receive but not on all your traffic or generated sales.

Also on the flip side you do receive the benefit of those pass-ups also and if you get a lot of people going the income effect it generates can be huge.

Then there is the avoidance of the real reason they developed the Empower Network system, which is of course to make money. The presentation and marketing copy state that it’s kind of a giving back thing, and they just want to help people, but come on guys, if you are at the top of this …

I hate to say the word, pyramid sales structure and you personally sponsored several hundred top online marketers (which you did),  then there is a shit load of money you are making with those pass-ups from a very large front line of members that you brought in.

Now to coin a David Wood phrase from his “NLP” style sales structuring , …….“and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that”….. but lets be a little more transparent about it,  it’s a brilliant idea and there is nothing wrong with making money.

OK so I got that off my chest so now on to the things I like.

Look it’s a “Wave Effect” deal and whether you approve or not, lots of money is made in them, so either take a flyer and surf the wave or get your binoculars and watch it recede into the distance while you think about all the money you could have made.

It’s an ambitious, aggressive, very creative business model and kudos to you guys for bringing it off.

In the end I can’t tell you whether or not this deal has legs or how long it will last, but wave effect deals have a way of becoming viral and I am sure there will be some huge money made with Empower Network even in the short term.

Keep in mind that income potential aside, there is actually a real product here. So if you are having trouble making the “buy” decision just based on “can I make a ton of money if I invest $625 to buy all the levels”, then take a look at the Empower Network training and tools and decide if what you are buying actually is worth the money.

In the end the reason I bought, yes that’s right I am also on that wave, was because I have a feeling that quite a bit of money can be made with this product system and at a minimum I was more than willing to pay $625 to get my hands on 10 hours of David Woods “Costa Rica Intensive” training.

Look I know David personally, and my competitive nature aside, they guy is good, so I was happy to be able to get my hands on that training material, and of course I have no doubt that a lot of other people will buy it also.

Now keep in mind that the most successful online business model is to develop multiple streams of income,  so even if you are excited about this and join, I would not drop your other business marketing efforts such as your primary MLM to focus all you attention here.

Focus on the Empower Network for what it actually is, a really great affiliate income stream that could make you a lot of money.

Now one final note here, if you have never been successful generating leads online before, Empower Network is not your magic solution.  It is simply a product with a lot more sex appeal than most others and that makes it much easier to sell.

To make the big money with Empower Network you will still actually have to learn some quick and easy online marketing strategies like PPC or Banner advertising like I train my group in My Lead System Pro to use, or utilize some of my favorite offline strategies such as “Voice Broadcasting” and using tools such as iBuzzPro to push some aggressive lead traffic to people already in the MLM industry.

If you want to generate leads quickly and you are not quite ready to learn online marketing approaches,  Voice Broadcasting is a quick and easy “low tech” way to get into action and start generating leads within 24 hours.

There are many good offline strategies that I have used for years to drive big traffic, you just need a little coaching on how to implement them. Before I started online marketing I was sponsoring well over 10 new reps a month just using a unique voice broadcasting approach with some specialized scripts.

Now the Empower Network product is ideal to target people in the MLM industry since it can provide them with a much quicker cash flow than their traditional standard MLM can.

The Ambit Energy scam? I saw this online the other day when I was doing some MLM company research. I had run into Ambit in the past and Ambit Energy seemed to be a pretty strong MLM in a unique billion dollar market that seemed pretty squeaky clean but there it was, someone referring to it as the Ambit Energy scam. So what’s up with that?

That of course is the question of the hour and why I sat down to do an in depth critical review of this new network marketing company that is taking a run at the energy deregulation market in the US,  but as with any successful network marketing company they are starting to get some heat (no pun intended) and are generating a few Ambit Energy Scam Complaints.

You know there is so much negativity floating around our world on a daily basis that I work to keep my head straight by trying to only focus on the positive, however  over the last few years I had run across a few newbies to the world of MLM that were either totally excited about Ambit or they were angrily calling it the Ambit Energy scam.

Now as you can probably imagine, there are so many new MLM companies that enter the market each year, and there are so many that die off so quickly that I usually hold off at least 20 minutes or so before I take to time to do an in-depth critical review, but since Ambit Energy has been around since 2006 I knew it was time.

First let’s get the get the details out of the way so we can dig into the really interesting stuff like “business model” product viability.

Ambit Energy

Ambit Energy is based in Dallas, Texas and  is the brainchild of the founders, Jere Thompson and Chris Chambless and according to the company website, …”Ambit Energy was founded in early 2006 at a Potbelly’s restaurant in Addison, Texas over a couple of turkey sandwiches”.

Now since Ambit Energy was doing something over $325 million in revenue only 3 years later, I now know exactly where to go when I am going to start my next company “Potbelly’s Restaurant”, it must be good luck.

Ambit Products

Ambit has decided to target a slightly tricky market that several other MLM companies have not done too well with, energy deregulation.

Ambit’s products are pretty simple actually, electricity and natural gas.

The company’s marketing concept is also pretty straight forward, you are already spending money for basic utilities, why not just buy them from us and save money?

Seems pretty simple so why not?

I theory it’s a good concept so it seems like is should work like gangbusters right? Well it’s that simple business model that has attracted droves of distributors over the last few years but as many MLM hopefuls soon learn, what seems simple in concept can me a little more difficult in actual practice.

I can see how a new distributor can think it’s going to be a pretty easy process to get all their friends and neighbors to switch their utilities but when it turns out not to be quite that easy then the want to brand Ambit Energy as a scam.

So why wouldn’t everybody just switch? Well, probably 2 reasons, resistance to change and not a big enough savings to make it a priority.

It’s kind of like when phone service was deregulated years ago, it was exciting for a while but then you got so tired of dozens of companies pitching you on it, it was overload and you no longer wanted to hear about it anymore no matter what the savings.

Now it looks as if Ambit Energy is trying to overcome some of  this customer reluctance by offering new customers a bonus giveaway. The currently offer a travel voucher good for a FREE 3-Day/2-Night stay for two at a 3-Star hotel at one of 25 exciting destinations nationwide.

Wow, change your utilities and go on vacation!

Now I see this as a good marketing move, paying or bribing your customers actually works if the offer is strong enough. Cell phone companies have been doing this for years with free or discounted cell phone giveaways and I have even recently seen banks actually offering to pay you $100+ in cash to open a new account.

The Ambit Energy Scam??

Now since some people found that its a little harder than they thought to sign up customers and build the business, and this is  probably where the company negativity chimes in with people angrily calling it the Ambit Energy scam.

Look any business requires work and diligence but even with a good product its not a cakewalk, you just have to learn the best ways to do it.

One limitation on the Ambit product side you should be aware of is that Ambit’s market is limited to just a few states. They currently can only offer service in Texas, New York, Illinois, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.

Now of course you can sign up if you are in other states but it’s going to be kind of hard to get your required customer base so that you can collect commissions.

Ambit Energy Compensation Plan

The company uses a type of MLM unilevel compensation program that pays a Fast Start bonus when you sign someone up for the basic $429 new distributor package, and the also pays bonuses on two other types of production, new distributor signups in your group and customer product usage over-rides.

The company compensation plan literature shows that you are paid as deep as the legs go once you reach a certain rank or level of success.

Now to qualify for commissions you pretty much have to get customers which of course is good for the company but can be annoying for distributors.

If you are a major business builder in the network marketing industry you pretty much know it’s not about selling the product, it’s about selling the opportunity and building a team. I have seen this acquire customers tactic before in MLM companies who market products where they pretty much have to get customers to power the long term company cash flow such as telecom or technology. Big Planet, a MLM technology division of NuSkin used this same approach. However this focus on customer acquisition I am sure has kept some big players away, who just are not into being retailers.

So should you be swayed by Ambit Energy scam complaints or is Ambit Energy just a squeaky clean MLM with a unique product?

Well form my research, there is no Ambit energy scam and from all appearances looks to be a very good company. They are also a member of the Direct Selling Association or DSA and it takes at least 2 years and a company review by the DSA before they will even let you join.

So it looks like they pass the test, so why are angry distributors referring to it as the Ambit Energy scam?

Well many times the wealth building aspects of the network marketing business is just a tiny bit oversold.

Did I say “tiny bit”?

Well let’s be honest, the get rich quick angle has always been there in MLM. Some people just oversell how quickly you can achieve success and the $10,000 checks.

So when people enter the MLM business and figure they are going to be rich and famous in 60 days and then suddenly there realize how its really work, and its going to take time, all of a sudden its no longer the greatest deal in the universe, its a scam, and  that’s probably where the Ambit Energy scam came from.

Now the distributors are not the only ones who over inflate how easy the business is, MLM companies are also at fault since they always showcase examples of MLM success from within the ranks and usually pick people who have had rapid success in just a few months.

Keep in mind that in a Standard MLM business model, success takes time, and the average time to build a $10,000 a month income stream is probably 12 to 18 months or more.

Now of course there are other business models that get you to the money quicker such as Top Tier MLM but keep in mind, “there is no free lunch” (that’s what they taught me in economics in college).  MLM is a business and a very high paying one so it’s worth the time to master it an build it.

Now even though most MLM’s today still teach some variation on old school MLM marketing approaches such as making a list of friends and family or chasing people down in grocery stores, I have always found success comes much quicker and with less aggravation if you learn some simple marketing approaches and build your lead flow up so you are not constantly chasing luke warm prospects around.

Now since Ambit’s services are just in a few states it’s even more important to use approaches such as online marketing to be able to specifically target just the market you are after.

A recent entry to the MLM industry Xocai is betting that the sweet tooth consumers have for chocolate products when combined with financial opportunity will be the killer one – two punch that drives the company to MLM mega growth.

Now over the years I have been in MLM I have seen just about every type of product from 3-d cameras to panty hose promoted, but chocolate?

The business opportunity from Xocai products is all about a popular product, chocolate. This chocolate is promoted as extremely high in healthy antioxidants, and it is marketed through an MLM program. Here are things of interest about the program and the corporation.

Xocai – The Company

Founded in 2004 MXI Corporation manufactures and markets the Xocai products. The President and co-founder of the corporation is Jeanette Brooks. Jeanette has a successful history with other corporations, as well as an extensive teaching education. She has founded Pure De-Lite Products, Yurika Foods, and Phoenix International Corporation.

The CEO and co-founder of Xocai is Andrew Brooks. He has a Masters in Business Administration and in Spanish. His interest in developing weight loss products for those with diabetes has been a driving force in his successful sales and marketing career. He is also the co-founder of Pure De-Lite Products.

Xocai Products

The Xocai chocolate products are promoted as a healthy chocolate product, but they are also enhanced with other beneficial ingredients such as blueberry and acai berry. These berries are very high in antioxidants, which help the body in many ways. As your cells work they use oxygen. However, this oxygen eventually breaks down and destroys cells before their time. Antioxidant compounds help to prevent cell break down and this good for the immune system and promotes weight loss.

It would stand to reason of course that Xocai chocolate products would be simple to sell. Almost everyone loves chocolate and customers can select solid chocolate items like squares and peanut butter cups. The company also offers chocolate packs and drinks. All products are free of preservatives and safe to eat.

Xocai Compensation Plan

Xocai uses a Hybrid-Binary type Network Marketing compensation plan. In today’s MLM market more and more companies are using this beefed up variation of the standard MLM binary comp plan.

A hybrid-binary is a blend of using a Binary and a Unilevel compensation plan at the same time for paying bonuses.

The binary part of the Xocai comp plan is pretty standard and allows you to only have 2 open positions below you so when you sponsor someone you place them in either the left or the right leg and then once those are filled the next people you sponsor will have to go downline from those you just sponsored giving the famous “binary spillover” effect that tends to attract a lot of MLM hopefuls to companies that use the binary payment structure.

Since you get the benefit of begin able to count all the volume that is below you even if you did not put it there, what could be better than that?

Of course the problem is that the new person who enrolls just to take advantage of being downline from a top recruiter soon learns that no matter how much volume is below them they get paid based only on the volume that they create in the other leg.

With the Xocai comp plan they pay 10% based on the volume in the lesser leg.

Now one of the other benefits of the binary pay plan that Xocai uses is that you can get paid as deep as the leg goes so you don’t’ have to worry about levels. However there is a limitation on volume in the Xocai comp plan,  so you can only be paid on lesser leg volume up to $10,000 per week in earnings and then it cuts off.

Well I guess that’s not a bad weekly paycheck.

Keep in mind that there is also a “Cap” on commission payments in almost all binary programs.

Since in a binary such as Xocai uses, one of the huge benefits is the fact that in an active leg there can be a huge amount of spillover volume and that everybody in that leg can in fact tap and get paid on the same volume, companies have to limit how much they actually pay out or they can find themselves in certain circumstances actually having to pay out more than they earned.

So the binary “Cap” is designed to prevent this, and according to the compensation plan rules the company is obligated to only pay out a maximum percentage of the revenue and that’s it. Once they reach that cap in any given month they distributors only receive a pro-rated percentage of what they should have received based on the cap.

With Xocai the cap amount is 50% which is actually a little on the conservative side for a hybrid-binary, since many companies go as high as 65% to 70%.

Also I if you have your eyes on the big dollars with Xocai, you can get around the $10,000 per week issue on binary commissions because they allow you to enroll with 3 business centers and by placing those other 2 centers below you in your binary legs you can now build 4 total legs and you can generate up to $10,000 per week in commissions in each business center effectively tripling your Xocai  income to a max of $30,000 a week.

That of course is a much better neighborhood.

The “Unilevel” part of the Xocai compensation plan kicks in when the people you have personally sponsored get busy and become an executive distributor, and then based on your own rank can earn a “commission check match” on what they earn in basic binary commissions.

This match is shown to be an 8% check match going down 7 levels of executives in the Xocai comp plan.

 Confused yet?

Actually once you wrap your head around it you will find it does make sense and there can be a lot of money in a hybrid-binary plan as evidenced by companies like MonaVie and eXfuze, who used a very similar plan to power their success.

One of the top earners there Brig Hart, when MonaVie was at its peak, was generating by some accounts just short of a million dollars a month in income.

Now of course Xocai does offer some other bells and whistles such as fast start bonuses when you enroll someone new and they buy product and they also have bonus trips to exotic locations and a car program, just in case the money alone is not enough to motivate you.

Xocai Review Summary

Well it actually looks like a pretty “sweet” deal.

Sorry I just couldn’t resist it….. “Chocolate”, “sweet deal”, you get the idea.

So what does the future hold for a chocolate products MLM such as Xocai?  Well there are pluses and minuses to all deals of course.

On the plus side, one of the biggest problems to holding on to your check once you have built an MLM is that is that if the 50%+ of distributors that will drop out don’t keep ordering the product then your check goes down and they only way to maintain it is aggressive long term sponsoring.

With a chocolate product Xocai actually may have some very good consumption longevity.

On the business side, of course all newer MLM’s such as Xocai tend to prosper since the network marketing industry has a insatiable appetite for “new” deals.

However once the glow has worn off a new deal, and its business as usual, it can be hard for a company to keep up the momentum and compete with the new arrivals in the MLM marketplace.

Now when the chocolate idea was brand new of course it was a mover, however I am not sure about long term.

Now of course we could say that for any company in MLM.

Xocai has done very well in the past and looks at least for the present to be continuing that growth.

The bottom line is of course that no matter what MLM you build you need to power your success with a lot of leads rather than relying on the remote chance that you will find a killer producer in your warm market or lurking around the grocery store.
